This program is designed for adults who want to feel more confident using their computer for everyday tasks. Whether you’re just starting or want to strengthen the basics, the sessions are paced to match your comfort level.

You can join using a Windows or Mac computer. Group participants must use the same operating system for the best experience.

All classes are live and held online via Zoom. You’ll receive a link after booking.

If Zoom feels confusing or unfamiliar, that’s completely okay. We’ll make sure you’re comfortable getting connected before we begin, and we can guide you through anything you need.

The Computer Confidence Program was thoughtfully designed as a step-by-step pathway, and completing the full series will give you the strongest foundation and long-term confidence. However, you are free to purchase individual sessions or modules and continue for as long as it feels helpful for you.

Yes. You may book a private group session (up to 4 people) and invite your own friends or family members.
