Class Description
This 30-minute Demo Class is a guided preview of our Computer Confidence Program. You’ll experience the structured, step-by-step teaching style used throughout the full curriculum. During the session, we’ll walk through a focused mini-lesson, assess your current comfort level, and show you how the program builds skills gradually over time. This session is designed to give you clarity, confidence, and a clear understanding of what to expect before committing to a full module.
Cancellation Policy
All sessions must be booked and paid in full in advance to confirm your reserved time. You may cancel or reschedule your session up to 24 hours before your scheduled start time at no charge. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the session will count as a completed session. Missed classes (no-shows) will also be considered completed sessions. Sessions begin and end at the scheduled time. Late arrivals of more than 10 minutes will not extend the session. Please ensure you have access to Zoom and a stable internet connection prior to your session. A meeting link and reminders will be sent automatically after booking. In the rare event that the instructor must cancel within 24 hours of the scheduled class time, you will be offered a rescheduled session, free of charge. We understand that unexpected emergencies can occur. If you experience an emergency of any kind, please contact us and we will do our best to assist.
