1-on-1 Computer Basics Class

Class Description
This private 60-minute Computer Basics class is one session within our larger Computer Confidence curriculum. Each session builds on essential skills like navigating your computer, using email, staying safe online, organizing files, and more. You can book a single class or purchase entire modules to continue through the full curriculum at your own pace. Every session is personalized to your needs and comfort level, with patient, step-by-step guidance — no experience required.
Cancellation Policy
All sessions must be booked and paid in full in advance to confirm your reserved time. You may cancel or reschedule your session up to 24 hours before your scheduled start time at no charge. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the session will count as a completed session. Missed classes (no-shows) will also be considered completed sessions. Sessions begin and end at the scheduled time. Late arrivals of more than 10 minutes will not extend the session. Please ensure you have access to Zoom and a stable internet connection prior to your session. A meeting link and reminders will be sent automatically after booking. In the rare event that the instructor must cancel within 24 hours of the scheduled class time, you will be offered a rescheduled session, free of charge. We understand that unexpected emergencies can occur. If you experience an emergency of any kind, please contact us and we will do our best to assist.
