After signing up, you’ll receive download links both on your checkout confirmation page and by email. Once downloading the installer, you can open it and it will begin automatically. You must download program on each device included in your plan. You can install it yourself or forward the link to your team. It is the same download link for each device.

Once installed: • your devices begin reporting to our system • monitoring and protection are applied • we start keeping everything updated and secure We’ll review everything together during onboarding.

Each device includes help desk support. This covers: • troubleshooting common issues • user support • system-related questions More complex or project-based work is scoped separately. If you are already a client and need assistance, you can submit a ticket to support@cloudigan.com (mailto:support@cloudigan.com)and we will get on it right away!

Some services fall outside of standard coverage, including: • large migrations • major system changes • new infrastructure setups • advanced project work If something falls outside your plan, we’ll always explain it clearly before moving forward.

No problem! Additional support is available and billed separately, or you can upgrade your plan for more coverage.

If an issue is detected: • we’re alerted automatically • we investigate based on your plan • we take action or notify you depending on the situation Our goal is to catch issues early and fix them before you even notice there was something going on.

No IT provider can guarantee complete protection. What we do provide is proactive monitoring, layered security, and best practices to significantly reduce risk and respond quickly when issues arise.

You can cancel at any time. Your service will continue through the end of your current billing period or service term, so there’s no interruption while everything is wrapped up properly. We’ll also help make the transition smooth by assisting with offboarding and access transfer if needed.
