Pricing is per device—simple and predictable. Whether you have 5 computers or 50, you’ll always know what to expect each month.
Each Package comes with 1 hour of remote help desk support every month. That covers troubleshooting, fixes, and user questions. The higher tier packages include unlimited support for the covered services on covered devices. If you ever go over your included hours, extra time is billed at a flat rate of $125/hour or at a discounted rate in groups of 5.
Licenses are billed separately, but we manage them for you in our Complete and Secure+ plans. That way, your team stays productive without you having to worry about admin tasks.
Yes—normally there’s a one-time onboarding fee to get everything set up correctly. From time to time, there are promotions where the onboarding fee is waived.
Absolutely. You can upgrade anytime and start enjoying the added benefits right away. Downgrades and cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
Project work—like full network overhauls or large migrations—isn’t included in the flat-rate plans. But we’ll scope those separately so you always know the cost upfront.
